This role blends creative exploration with technical product development, translating cultural insights, material innovation, and design narratives into commercially successful carpet products.</p><p>Reporting to the Director of Design and Product Development, the Senior Product Designer will collaborate across design, product development, marketing, and manufacturing partners to bring new concepts to market. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with an understanding of textile construction, color development, and commercial interiors.</p><p>________________________________________</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Product &amp; Pattern Design</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Develop innovative carpet patterns and product concepts for commercial soft surface environments</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Translate conceptual ideas into commercially viable flooring designs</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Interpret and execute custom project design requests&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;
