Lead commissioning, troubleshooting, and integration efforts while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and contractors to drive automation improvements and project success.</p>\n<p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>In coordination with the Automation/Commissioning Manager, develop the plans for assigned projects.</li>\n <li>Lead the programming, development, set up and commission of automation systems (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA or DCS)&nbsp; including training and maintenance</li>\n <li>Supports the local organization on troubleshooting or software modification both remotely and in person.</li>\n <li>Design wiring diagrams, electrical connections/connection points, circuit boards, layouts of control systems, electrical schematics, and single line diagrams.</li>\n <li>Work with contractors and suppliers to install and maintain automation and equipment&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Assist with new electrical projects, integration, and installations for new construction and continuous improvement projects.</li>\n <li>Provide process hazard analysis as it relates to electrical safety.</li>\n <li>Maintain a working knowledge of new technologies which may improve operations and develop recommendations accordingly.</li>\n <li>Travel to project sites (up to 50% of the time) to ensure projects tasks are on-time and engineering goals and timeframe.</li>\n <li>Adhere to all policies, procedures and instructions as defined in our Quality Management System (QMS), Employee Handbook, Health and Safety manual, or any other instruction issued by the company.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>What's in it for you&nbsp;</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>In this role, you will earn a competitive base salary ranging from $85,000 to $105,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is a variable percentage of your base salary, based on individual performance and company results.</li>\n <li>FREE MEDICAL INSURANCE for our employees or the option of a highly competitive medical plan with minimal monthly employee contributions.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>17 Days of paid, sick and vacation time annually (days are prorated in year one).</li>\n <li>401K retirement with up to 6% matching program.</li>\n <li>Excellent dental, vision programs, flex spending accounts, employer paid life insurance and free tele-med physician services.</li>\n <li>Various other company employee-centric perks initiatives; tuition reimbursement programs, discounted home/auto insurance programs, supplemental life insurance, and more.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from a four-year College or University in Engineering&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Minimum of three years of related experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of PLC programming software including but not limited to Allen Bradley, Omron and Siemens.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>HMIs, SCADA or DCS programming experience is a plus.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint within a Windows environment.</li>\n <li>Valid U.S. driver’s license</li>\n <li>Ability to travel required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Equal Opportunity Employer – Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran (M/F/D/V)</p>\n<div>\n MAPEIP3\n</div>",
