What you'll do: As the North American Growth Lead, you are an operator sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Data, Product, and Sales. Unlike traditional demand marketing, this role is a Growth Engineer focused on building automated systems that eliminate manual work to accelerate funnel velocity. You will own the middle and bottom of the funnel, turning data signals into high-scale growth campaigns to build a self-sustaining innovation flywheel. The ideal candidate possesses a growth mindset, and is obsessed with precision. You will work closely with the US and MX Marketing Pods, Sales, and GTM Engineering to ensure our growth program aligns with the Revenue org’s initiatives. Location: Remote-first with a preference for candidates within a commutable distance to our hub in Atlanta.
