    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What to expect of your role:</span><br>You will join our growing marketing team of 50+ professionals, including Affiliate, Media Buying, SEO, Design and Technical teams.</p>\n<p>We work in a fast-paced international environment where testing, creativity, and speed of execution are highly valued.</p>\n<p>We are looking for a strong SMM Specialist who can take ownership of social media direction, generate ideas independently, and build scalable content and audience growth strategies across multiple platforms and markets.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you need to succeed in this role:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Upper-Intermediate English or higher. Portuguese or Spanish will be an advantage;</li>\n<li>3+ years of experience in SMM, digital marketing, or content marketing;</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of modern social media platforms, algorithms, and content mechanics;</li>\n<li>Experience working with paid advertising tools on social media platforms;</li>\n<li>Experience building content strategies focused on growth and engagement;</li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills and ability to work with performance metrics;</li>\n<li>Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously;</li>\n<li>Strong communication and organisational skills;</li>\n<li>Creative thinking combined with a data-driven approach;</li>\n<li>Understanding of trends in influencer marketing, short-form content, and community growth;</li>\n<li>Experience with AI tools for content creation and workflow optimisation will be an advantage;</li>\n<li>Experience in iGaming, betting, or affiliate marketing will be a strong advantage.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>You will be expected to:<br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands and GEOs;</li>\n<li>Create and manage content plans aligned with marketing and business goals;</li>\n<li>Lead content production together with designers, editors, and external creators;</li>\n<li>Launch and manage social media campaigns focused on audience growth and engagement;</li>\n<li>Work with paid promotion and advertising campaigns across different social media platforms;</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Media Buying teams on testing, scaling, and audience targeting strategies;</li>\n<li>Analyse performance metrics and optimise content strategy based on data;</li>\n<li>Monitor trends, competitors, platform updates, and emerging content formats;</li>\n<li>Generate and test new hypotheses for audience acquisition and retention;</li>\n<li>Work closely with Affiliate, Media Buying, and Product teams to align communication and campaigns;</li>\n<li>Participate in launching and developing new social media channels and communities;</li>\n<li>Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations;</li>\n<li>Maintain high content quality and consistency across all platforms;</li>\n<li>Proactively identify growth opportunities and suggest improvements to current processes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">About our corporate culture:</span><br><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">As an international team, we are motivated by the freedom to do our best work.
