The Financial Aid Coordinator will report to the Director of Financial Aid, and will be responsible for assisting in the administering the College’s federal and state financial aid programs. Maintains Banner financial aid database. Ensures Financial Aid upgrades are completed and tested in a timely manner. Disburse financial aid awards to student accounts. Train financial aid staff on Banner functionality. Write reports as needed using Banner and SQL. Run HOPE calculations; Load GSFAPP applications from SURFER. Process all letter generation and email notifications to students concerning missing documents as well as annual set-up and maintenance of the Banner Financial Aid system. Electronically download student financial aid application into Banner. Responsible for completing yearly reporting requirements to federal and state financial aid regulatory agencies.
