We are a family owned and operated business and provide an excellent work environment.<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p><br>The Parts Specialist is responsible for selling parts to customers, assisting technicians and placing special orders.<br><br>&nbsp; &nbsp; Assists customers and technicians in selecting and purchasing parts.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; Places special orders for parts.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; Reads appropriate manuals to ascertain type and specification of part.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; Provides pricing and product information to customers.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; Orders out-of-stock parts requested by customers.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; Assists in taking inventory.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; Meets departmental production and profitability goals.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; Answers telephone promptly and consistent with dealership guidelines.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; Participates in required training<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; Demonstrates the Company&rsquo;s Core Values<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; Complies with Company policies and procedures<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; Other duties as assigned<br><br>&nbsp;<br><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES</strong><br>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
