    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>Tactica Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Management Analyst to support a Systems Engineering & Technical Assistance (SETA) contract for the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, Logistics & Engineering (G-4) at Redstone Arsenal, AL. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust data systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, process automation, and database management, and will be adept at transforming complex datasets into actionable insights for leadership. \n<strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and code repositories to combine and analyze datasets from various enterprise sources, such as SAP.</li>\n <li>Study, document, and replicate complex legacy processes involving tools like SAS, SQL, and VBA to ensure business continuity and identify opportunities for modernization.</li>\n <li>Develop and manage systems to plan, track, and validate large-scale financial and logistical data across multiple functional areas and fiscal years.</li>\n <li>Utilize tools like Alteryx and R to perform data reconciliation, implement data quality checks, and isolate data for manual review.</li>\n <li>Engineer and manage databases using SQL and VBA to automate data collection, ensure data uniformity, and facilitate analysis and auditing.</li>\n <li>Create insightful and dynamic Tableau or Power BI dashboards to support executive reviews and data-driven decision-making.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather project requirements and ensure steady progress and clear communication.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<strong>Required Skills and Qualifications:</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.</li>\n <li>Five (5) to seven (7) years of relative experience.</li>\n <li>Proven experience in data cleaning and modeling using tools such as Alteryx, R, or Microsoft Power Query.</li>\n <li>Subject Matter Expert in SQL and VBA programming for process automation and data management.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in creating detailed data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or similar tools.</li>\n <li>Experience managing and developing databases.</li>\n <li>Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines.</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal skills to present complex procedures and models to audiences of all skill levels.</li>\n <li>Active U.S. government issued security clearance at the appropriate level for the duration of the contract Period of Performance. U.S. citizenship is required to be eligible for a security clearance.</li>\n</ul>\n<strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with Army Vantage, MAVEN Smart Systems (MSS), or APAS.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with military supply chain, logistics, or financial management systems (e.g., LMP, GCSS-Army).</li>\n <li>Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certification.</li>\n</ul>\n<strong>Job Location:</strong> Redstone Arsenal, Alabama\n<strong> </strong>\n<strong>Physical Requirements</strong>Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen.
