          "text": "<p><u><strong>Summary of Position &#xa0;</strong></u></p><p>The Process and Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for obtaining machinery quotations, implementing productivity-enhancing projects, troubleshooting production issues, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities also include overseeing projects, collaborating on program deliverables, and ensuring compliance with standards. The individual also coaches team members and develops SOPs, SWIs, and PFMEA for new production lines.&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong><u>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:&#xa0;</u></strong></p><ul><li>Support the quotation of machinery or equipment required for the processes.&#xa0;</li><li>Identify and implement kaizen projects to improve productivity &amp; efficiency.&#xa0;</li><li>Support the production team with data and analysis toward resolving other issues including those outside of engineering scope&#xa0;</li><li>Hands-on root cause analysis on production, engineering, equipment, and maintenance issues.&#xa0;</li><li>Projects and process improvements (implementation, analysis, and process improvements)&#xa0;</li><li>Process Control Specification.&#xa0;</li><li>Process Control Flow Chart.&#xa0;</li><li>Support Equipment Runoff @ OEM&#xa0;</li><li>Collaborate with the Operations Team on Program Deliverables&#xa0;</li><li>PFMEAs Review / Simulation Review / Control Plans / Launch Deliverables&#xa0;</li><li>Support Plant Equipment Install / Debug / Launch / Continuous Improvement&#xa0;</li><li>Actively participate in meetings with the plants to support and meet the project deliverables.&#xa0;</li><li>Support all sites with troubleshooting activities, provide solutions and support for process concerns or improvement&#xa0;</li><li>Automation troubleshooting, new equipment installation and modifications&#xa0;</li><li>Process equipment evaluation to implementation&#xa0;</li><li>Ensure equipment and systems comply with relevant standards and legislation.&#xa0;</li><li>Establishes equipment installation board and review weekly/daily with OEM and contractors.&#xa0;</li><li>Develop and lead trial runs at all sites.&#xa0;</li><li>Coaching / Mentoring / Training of newer / less experienced team members&#xa0;</li><li>Lead the Development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Standard Work Instructions (SWI)&#xa0;</li><li>Lead the development of VSM (Value Stream Map) for Production lines across all sites&#xa0;</li><li>Responsible for the PFMEA for New production lines&#xa0;</li></ul>",
