You will have a solid understanding of blockchain and smart contract concepts, knowledge of financial markets, and a proven ability to learn quickly and collaborate on cross-functional projects.</span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:6.0pt\"><span><strong>Job responsibilities:</strong></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:disc\">\n <li><span>Identify and assess blockchain and Web3 innovation opportunities in Asset Management, developing robust business cases and supporting execution from concept to measurable impact</span></li>\n <li><span>Define and deliver solutions in collaboration with product, engineering, compliance, controls, operations, and legal teams</span></li>\n <li><span>Engage with AM business lines to understand their operations, commercial drivers, and client needs</span></li>\n <li><span>Build relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, educating them on blockchain technology and its business potential</span></li>\n <li><span>Support partnerships with external companies, vendors, and startups on joint innovation initiatives</span></li>\n <li><span>Present ideas and solutions to senior management and clients, tailoring messaging to diverse audiences</span></li>\n <li><span>Stay well-informed of Web3 market trends, technology developments, and client demand</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:</strong></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:disc\">\n <li><span>3+ years of work experience</span></li>\n <li><span>Solid understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, and the Web3 ecosystem</span></li>\n <li><span>Knowledge of financial markets</span></li>\n <li><span>Exceptional ability to learn new concepts and become a subject matter expert in complex operational models</span></li>\n <li><span>Outstanding verbal and written presentation skills with ability to create visually impactful presentations</span></li>\n <li><span>Execution-focused, active listener, action-oriented, and detail-oriented</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong collaborative mindset with ability to work across diverse teams</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:</strong></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:disc\">\n <li><span>Experience delivering financial products or software products to market, especially those achieving meaningful adoption, scale, or impact</span></li>\n <li><span>Background in Asset Management, Markets, Investment Banking, Treasury Services, or Securities Services</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong commercial acumen with focus on delivering measurable business value</span></li>\n <li><span>Demonstrated ability to drive change and challenge established norms in large organizations</span></li>\n <li><span>PowerPoint proficiency</span></li>\n <li><span>Empathetic approach that centers the user/investor experience</span></li>\n <li><span>Intellectually curious with passion for transforming financial services</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:6.0pt\">&nbsp;</p>",
