If you have a passion for serving others to help them achieve their financial goals, this may be the perfect position for you!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll have the Opportunity to do:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Provide exceptional member service via our PTM (Personal Teller Machine) channel; using audio and video communication tools with a focus on improving the financial health of the membership.&nbsp;</li><li>Build trusted relationships to identify opportunities and align the right products and services to meet the needs of each member.&nbsp;</li><li>Continuously develop knowledge and skills to provide exceptional member experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Inform, educate, and advise members of DCCU&rsquo;s products and services to increase knowledge and confidence to contribute to their financial health and well-being.</li><li>Execute member requests to include transfers, withdrawals, payments, debit and credit card inquiries, direct deposit transactions, stop payments, etc.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise involving the various electronic channels.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Bring to the Table:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>A high school diploma or equivalent.&nbsp;</li><li>A minimum of at least 2 years&rsquo; retail sales and/or call center experience.</li><li>Exceptional oral and written communication skills.&nbsp;</li><li>High aptitude for technology and the ability to build connections and relationships through digital platforms.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in high volume transactions and handling multiple tasks efficiently.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and contribute to individual, team, and department goals while promoting a positive team environment to include remaining flexible and taking initiative.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and conversations.</li><li>Ability to organize and prioritize workflow and to work in a fast-paced environment while managing large volume of transactions.</li><li>Oral and written fluency in Spanish and English are preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Bring to the Table</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Meaningful work that is highly impactful to the membership and community.</li><li>A supportive work environment that values creativity and innovation.</li><li>Opportunities for development and career growth.</li><li>Access to a competitive salary and benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans.</li><li>Support of work-life balance.</li><li>Community involvement opportunities.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Founded in 1959, DCCU is a financial leader in the Shenandoah Valley, currently serving over 123,000 members, with over $2 Billion in Assets.
