Reporting to the Crew Chief, Structures, this role offers the opportunity to work on unique helicopter paint schemes and graphics while supporting one of the industry’s leading aircraft paint shops.</span></p><hr><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Prepare aircraft parts and surfaces for refinishing, including sanding, masking, cleaning, and plastic media blasting&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Apply primers, paint, stencils, decals, and other finishing materials in accordance with approved procedures&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Operate and maintain paint-related equipment including spray guns, hoses, and paint booth equipment&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Complete required documentation accurately and in accordance with company procedures&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;
