In this role, you will serve as a functional subject matter expert for Oracle ERP and Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), partnering closely with Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Information Systems to ensure our financial systems are accurate, reliable, and optimized for decision‑making.</p>\n<p>If you enjoy solving problems at the intersection of technology, finance, and operations, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the organization.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Oracle ERP & Financial Systems Administration</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support Oracle Cloud ERP Financials and Supply Chain modules (GL, AP, AR, Order Management, Fixed Assets, Costing, Inventory, Procurement, Projects, and related areas).</li>\n <li>Support Oracle PBCS planning models, metadata, business rules, integrations, and reporting cubes.</li>\n <li>Assist with integrations, reconciliations, data corrections, and period‑end system activities.</li>\n <li>Develop, maintain, and enhance Oracle and PBCS reports and queries to support financial reporting, transaction analysis, reconciliations, and operational decision‑making.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot system issues and serve as a functional SME for finance and supply chain users.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>System Enhancements, Testing & Project Support:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Analyze accounting transactions and subledger‑to‑ledger flows to support accurate configuration and process optimization.</li>\n <li>Lead requirements gathering, configuration, and functional testing for enhancements and quarterly Oracle updates.</li>\n <li>Coordinate and execute unit testing; support UAT and validation documentation.</li>\n <li>Conduct research, compile data, and prepare status updates and recommendations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>User Support, Training & Financial Analysis:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop user documentation and provide training to finance, supply chain, and operational teams.</li>\n <li>Lead or co‑lead finance systems projects, enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements.</li>\n <li>Provide functional guidance on system configuration, business processes, and best practices.</li>\n <li>Perform financial analysis and create business cases for Versiti service lines and functional groups.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Education</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>1+ years of systems support, configuration, or validation experience required.</li>\n <li>1+years of experience with report writing, queries, or development tools required.</li>\n <li>1+ years supporting financial systems (accounting, finance, or supply chain) required.</li>\n <li>Oracle ERP & PBCS experience strongly preferred.</li>\n <li>Process mapping, Lean, or Six Sigma experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to interpret business data, system procedures, and regulatory information to draw valid conclusions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why Join Versiti?</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You’ll be part of a mission‑driven organization where your work directly supports the accuracy, stability, and effectiveness of the systems that power our financial operations.
