    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Christian Care Fellowship Square of Mesa is looking for a <strong>Caregiver Supervisor.</strong> The purpose of this position is to provide a broad range of support services to our Assisted Living residents.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The purpose of this position is to provide supervision of Certified Caregivers who provide a broad range of services to the residents in our Assisted Living facility. This position is considered a \"working\" supervisor as the supervisor is required to perform regular caregiver duties in addition to supervisory responsibilities. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor and administer prescribed medications to patients.</li>\n <li>Maintain medical records.</li>\n <li>Perform welfare checks on patients.</li>\n <li>Orders and completes medication records.</li>\n <li>Provide physical assistance, laundry, bedding, and light housekeeping.</li>\n <li>Partner with other associates to ensure safety and well-being.</li>\n <li>A Positive can-do attitude.</li>\n <li>Compassion to communicate well and work as part of a team.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Arizona Caregiver certification required from an approved agency or company will pay for Caregiving certification.</li>\n <li>Background check, DPS Fingerprint Card, Current TB test, Food Handlers Card, and pass drug screening.</li>\n <li>Must have current Adult CPR and Basic First Aid Training. </li>\n <li>Minimum of HS diploma or GED required. </li>\n <li>Minimum of 2 years' experience working in an assisted living setting with minimum of 1-year supervisory experience. </li>\n <li>The ability to assist residents with limited mobility, lift/push/pull up to 50lbs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us:  </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Free meal provided during lunch working hours.
