For a brief 1 minute video about us, you can check&nbsp;<a href=\"https://youtu.be/uJWBWQZEA6o\" target=\"_blank\">https://youtu.be/uJWBWQZEA6o</a>.</p>\n  <p>&nbsp;</p>\n </div>\n</div>\n<div>\n <br/>&nbsp;\n</div>\n<p><strong>What will you do?</strong> &nbsp; &nbsp;<strong>What are we looking for?</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<div>\n <p>Qualifications</p>\n <ul>\n  <li>We are seeking an experienced Flutter Development Lead to spearhead our mobile application projects, driving innovative solutions and overseeing all aspects of app development and deployment for both iOS and Android platforms</li>\n  <li>The ideal candidate is a seasoned Flutter developer with expertise in mobile app architecture, state management, and integration of modern APIs</li>\n  <li>This individual must possess strong leadership abilities, including mentoring junior developers and maintaining best practices for scalable, high-performance codebases</li>\n  <li>5+ years of experience in mobile application development, with a strong focus on Flutter</li>\n  <li>Proven expertise in iOS and Android app deployment, including publishing on App Store and Google Play</li>\n  <li>Strong proficiency in API integration, including RESTful APIs, OAuth authentication, and third-party services</li>\n  <li>Extensive knowledge of clean architecture, state management frameworks, and performance optimization</li>\n  <li>Experience with secure coding practices and mobile app security</li>\n  <li>Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead development teams</li>\n  <li>Exceptional skills in translating UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive code</li>\n  <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n  <li>Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities</li>\n  <li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines</li>\n  <li>Exceptional debugging and troubleshooting skills, including performance tuning and stability issues</li>\n  <li>Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in mobile app development and IoT technologies</li>\n  <li>Very familiar with at least one agile development methodology, such as Scrum, XP, Kanban, LeSS or SAFe</li>\n </ul>\n <p>Responsibilities</p>\n <ul>\n  <li>Develop, deploy, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for both iOS and Android platforms</li>\n  <li>Ensure seamless cross-platform performance, UI/UX consistency, and native app responsiveness</li>\n  <li>Lead efforts in integrating complex RESTful APIs and other third-party services into mobile apps</li>\n  <li>Ensure secure handling of API calls, including OAuth and other authentication mechanisms</li>\n  <li>Architect scalable solutions using clean architecture and appropriate state management techniques such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc</li>\n  <li>Maintain modular, reusable code and ensure code quality through automated testing and continuous integration</li>\n  <li>Implement best practices for secure app development, including handling sensitive data and preventing security vulnerabilities</li>\n  <li>Monitor and optimize application performance to ensure smooth operation across devices</li>\n </ul>\n <p><strong>Compensation, Benefits and Duration</strong></p>\n <p>Minimum Compensation: USD 40,000<br/>Maximum Compensation: USD 140,000<br/>Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
