You&#39;ll work on-site and across Precinmac delivering advanced technical support across hardware, software, and infrastructure &mdash; stepping in where complexity demands expertise and where clients need a trusted resource they can count on.</p><p>In this role, you&#39;ll go beyond day-to-day troubleshooting. You&#39;ll lead system upgrades, participate in IT projects, diagnose challenging issues, and recommend solutions that improve how our clients operate. You&#39;ll also play a critical role in ensuring and maintaining CMMC cybersecurity compliance &mdash; keeping systems secure, documentation tight, and users informed and supported every step of the way.</p><p>If you&#39;re someone who thrives with autonomy, takes ownership of outcomes, and brings both technical depth and a service-first mindset to every client interaction, we&#39;d love to talk.</p><p><br></p><p></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Working under moderate to minimal supervision, the IT Technician II is responsible for advanced troubleshooting, system upgrades, end-user support, and hands-on hardware and software maintenance. This role provides elevated technical assistance, participates in IT projects, supports infrastructure improvements. The IT Technician is expected to diagnose complex issues, recommend solutions, and ensure a high level of service across the organization.
