From early concept through GMP development and handoff to construction teams, your work ensures projects are well-defined, strategically procured, and aligned with Sabey’s high standards. </p>\n<p>This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a highly collaborative, detail-driven environment and wants to play a strategic role in shaping complex builds before they break ground. At Sabey, there is a strong emphasis on professional growth and long-term career development - this is a place for individuals who take ownership of their work and are serious about advancing their craft. </p>\n<p><strong>Your Contribution Will Likely Include:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Partnering with the Director of Engineering & Preconstruction to refine and implement preconstruction processes and standards  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Leading coordination of the design process alongside internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment with Sabey design phases  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Managing Procore throughout preconstruction, including document control, RFIs, submittals, and correspondence  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Reviewing design documents at each phase for completeness, constructability, and alignment with owner requirements and Sabey standards  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Identifying and mitigating risks early, including scope gaps and design conflicts  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Facilitating owner design reviews and maintaining clear, organized documentation  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Managing RFP processes for design services, equipment, and trade partners, including leveling bids and supporting award recommendations  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Developing and maintaining procurement logs and tracking key milestones  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Building conceptual and detailed project budgets from early design through GMP  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitoring design schedules and ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinating early trade partner engagement to inform design and budgeting decisions  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Preparing contract requests and supporting execution in partnership with internal teams  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience You Will Bring:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related), or a related field – or equivalent industry experience. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in construction management, with a preference for estimating, procurement, or preconstruction exposure  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong understanding of building systems, including structural, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office tools  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with AI tools and technologies applied to scheduling, estimating, or document management  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities while coordinating across diverse stakeholder groups  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of an organization  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Sharp problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>High attention to detail in reviewing and managing complex project documentation  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to track multiple workflows simultaneously  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Sabey's Investment in You:</strong> </p>\n<p>Sabey is committed to building an enduring, next-generation company that values and invests in the success of its team members.
