Responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Providing maid service for Residents (tasks by request of Resident)</li>\n <li>Housecleaning of Resident rooms and public areas</li>\n <li>Cleaning all units and common areas, including: Lights, mirrors, chandeliers, woodwork. Dusting, vacuuming halls, elevators, storage rooms. Entrance door windows, laundry rooms, dining room carpet</li>\n <li>Cleaning all restrooms</li>\n <li>Emptying trash cans from offices and dusting furniture</li>\n <li>Cleaning stairways and stairway halls</li>\n <li>Dusting ceilings for cobwebs</li>\n <li>Cleaning inside windows of halls and stairways as needed</li>\n <li>Performing linen exchanges</li>\n <li>Cleaning model apartments</li>\n <li>Vacuuming lobby and atrium furniture</li>\n <li>Cleaning guest rooms during stays and after guest departures</li>\n <li>Dusting walls of elevators and common halls</li>\n <li>Examining rooms, halls, and lobbies for repairs or equipment needs, and making recommendations to management</li>\n <li>Attending periodic staff meetings to discuss company policies, Resident concerns, and service improvements</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We’re Looking For</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED, <strong>or</strong></li>\n <li>1–3 months of housekeeping experience, <strong>or</strong></li>\n <li>A combination of education and experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping others feel comfortable and cared for, we would love to meet you!</strong></p>\n<h2>Locations</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Spring Run at Willow Valley Communities</strong>950 Willow Valley Lakes Drive, Willow Street, PA 17584</p></li>\n <li><strong>The Glen/Manor Campus at Willow Valley Communities</strong></li>\n <li>Lancaster, PA 17602</li>\n</ul>",
