          "text": "<p>This role supports the assembly of copper bus required for electrical equipment. The overall objective of this position is to provide high quality craftsmanship when assembling copper bus and similar conductive material using best in class installation techniques in order to contribute to a team focused on achieving industry leading cycle time, delivering superior quality, and assisting in reducing per unit costs. Consistent and&#xa0;accurate&#xa0;representation of the Mission Critical Group brand, mission, vision, values, and organizational strategy are essential to achieving the goals of the organization.&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Accountabilities&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise and schedule staff on projects to meet quality standards and on-time shipment requirements.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Provide technical guidance and direct corrective actions of the Bus Assembly team by ensuring efficient installation of fabricated bus materials.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Prioritizes workflow and allocation of&#xa0;manpower&#xa0;resources for project scheduling and delivery by coordinating efforts through active collaboration with the Production Manager, Engineering Department, and other Manufacturing team members.&#xa0;</li><li>Train personnel&#xa0;in all&#xa0;areas&#xa0;of&#xa0;shop bus&#xa0;assembly and installation,&#xa0;while providing&#xa0;expertise&#xa0;to&#xa0;Field Service&#xa0;Technicians on the floor or on-site for&#xa0;optimal&#xa0;client responsiveness and feedback capabilities.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Provide positive reinforcement, constructive feedback,&#xa0;coaching,&#xa0;and mentorship to team members and provide recommendations for promotions and terminations to the Production Manager.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Ensure a safe workplace for all personnel and visitors to the Manufacturing floor through strict adherence to safety standards as well as OSHA and EPA requirements&#xa0;</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Required Knowledge / Experience&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>5+&#xa0;years of experience in bus assembly and installation.&#xa0;</li><li>3+&#xa0;years of experience supervising a team of 5 or more in a manufacturing environment&#xa0;</li><li>Intrapersonal Skills:&#xa0;Self-motivated and able to&#xa0;identify, examine, and resolve issues independently from others. Hold a strong regard for guidelines,&#xa0;procedures,&#xa0;and integrity.&#xa0;</li><li>Engineering and Technology:&#xa0;Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.&#xa0;</li><li>Production and Processing:&#xa0;Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.&#xa0;</li><li>Design:&#xa0;Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in&#xa0;the production&#xa0;of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.&#xa0;</li><li>Mechanical:&#xa0;Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Tools&#xa0;include&#xa0;Electrical&#xa0;drills, Pneumatic&#xa0;drills, Band&#xa0;saws, Basic hand tools.&#xa0;</li><li>Management of Personnel Resources:&#xa0;Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work,&#xa0;identifying&#xa0;the best people for the job.&#xa0;</li><li>Computers&#xa0;and Electronics:&#xa0;Knowledge&#xa0;of&#xa0;computer&#xa0;hardware and&#xa0;software,&#xa0;including applications&#xa0;and&#xa0;programming such as Microsoft Office Business Suite; knowledge of accounting software.&#xa0;</li><li>Verbal &amp; Written Communication Skills:&#xa0;This position requires basic skills.
