With over 1,000,000 patients treated across 28 countries, their clinically proven oral appliance therapy offers an effective alternative to traditional approaches such as CPAP.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your core responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own and deliver revenue and EBITDA targets for the DACH region</li>\n<li>Develop and execute the regional commercial strategy aligned to European objectives</li>\n<li>Build, coach, and lead a high-performing team across Sales, Customer Service, and Lab Management</li>\n<li>Drive sales through engagement with sleep clinicians, ENTs, dentists, and key opinion leaders</li>\n<li>Support market access, reimbursement navigation, and payer relationships across DACH markets</li>\n<li>Collaborate with European Marketing, Finance, and Customer Experience within a matrix structure</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with medical device regulations across DACH and European frameworks</li>\n<li>Represent the company at major sleep medicine congresses and industry events<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your profile:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>6+ years’ experience in a senior commercial leadership role, ideally in medical devices (sleep apnoea, respiratory, or related)</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of DACH healthcare policy, reimbursement, and regulatory environments</li>\n<li>Proven track record of building teams, meeting sales targets, and growing market share</li>\n<li>Strategic thinker with hands-on execution — metrics-driven, patient-centric, and results-focused</li>\n<li>Initiative, hands-on mentality, and team spirit in an international matrix organisation</li>\n<li>Fluent in German and English (C1 CEFR minimum)<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Our offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Senior leadership role with full P&amp;L ownership in a strategically important European region</li>\n<li>High autonomy within a growing, innovation-driven company with global reach</li>\n<li>Direct impact on patient outcomes in a clinically meaningful therapy area</li>\n<li>International collaboration across interdisciplinary European teams</li>\n<li>Attractive compensation package – full-time, permanent</li>\n<li>Hybrid working with a base in Zellingen, Germany (2–3 days per week on-site)<br></li>\n</ul>",
