Perform layout using AutoCad/HydraCad, and create hydraulic calculations & pipe lists for Pre-fabrication.  Must be organized, efficient and work well with the design team.</p>\n<p> <strong>Essential Duties / Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p> Design & Layout of Fire Sprinkler Systems</p>\n<ul>\n <li>BIM modeling</li>\n <li>Hydraulic Calculations</li>\n <li>Field Surveying</li>\n <li>Listing for Fabrication</li>\n <li>Coordination between Trades</li>\n <li>Other duties assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p>\n<p> <strong>Education / Work Experience:</strong></p>\n<p>Associate or Technical or business discipline preferred or equivalent experience.  Examples include: Architectural, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management Degrees. </p>\n<ul>\n <li>NICET certification preferred.</li>\n <li>High mechanical interest.</li>\n <li>Experience in the Fire Protection Design Field is required.</li>\n <li>AutoCad experience and/or HydraCad experience is required.</li>\n <li>Ability to multi-task to the extreme.</li>\n <li>Valid driver's license and excellent driving record required.</li>\n <li>Excellent communicator, self-motivated individual with great organizational skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Computer Skills:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Computer Skills:  Significant experience with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>We offer our employees a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package and are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
