This role supports our promotional product decoration operations, which include a wide variety of printing and marking technologies — from laser engraving and silkscreen printing to advanced inkjet and digital decoration techniques.</span></p>\n    <p><span>&nbsp;As part of our production team, you will operate, maintain, and ensure the smooth performance of equipment used to personalize promotional products such as pens, drinkware, bags, stationary, and other branded items. Your attention to detail, quality mindset, and teamwork will directly contribute to meeting customer expectations and achieving operational excellence.</span></p>\n    <p>&nbsp;</p></td>\n  </tr>\n  <tr>\n   <td>\n    <p><span><strong>What you will do:</strong></span></p>\n    <p><span><strong>Production &amp; Equipment Operation</strong></span></p>\n    <ul>\n     <li><span>Operate light industrial and digital decoration machinery in line with daily production targets and quality requirements.</span></li>\n     <li><span>Execute multiple decoration methods such as&nbsp;laser engraving, silkscreen, pad printing, UV inkjet, sublimation, and other digital processes.</span></li>\n     <li><span>Perform product setup, calibration, and changeovers efficiently to maintain production flow.</span></li>\n     <li><span>Conduct in-process inspections to ensure high-quality output and product consistency.</span><br><span>Identify, troubleshoot, and report any equipment or process issues promptly</span></li>\n    </ul>\n    <p style=\"margin-left:36.0pt\">&nbsp;</p>\n    <p><span><strong>Quality &amp; Safety</strong></span></p>\n    <ul>\n     <li><span>Follow all quality standards and inspection procedures, ensuring decorated products meet design and customer specifications.</span></li>\n     <li><span>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company safety policies.</span></li>\n     <li><span>Report defective materials, safety risks, or equipment malfunctions immediately.</span></li>\n     <li><span>Support continuous improvement and 5S initiatives across the production floor.</span></li>\n    </ul>\n    <p><span><strong>Documentation &amp; Materials Management</strong></span></p>\n    <ul>\n     <li><span>Record production data accurately (performance, downtime, and scrap logs).</span></li>\n     <li><span>Verify correct work order codes and materials before production begins.</span></li>\n     <li><span>Support efficient material handling, staging, and replenishment to minimize downtime.</span></li>\n    </ul>\n    <p><span><strong>Collaboration &amp; Teamwork</strong></span></p>\n    <ul>\n     <li><span>Work closely with other production operators, quality inspectors, and shift supervisors to ensure smooth process flow.</span></li>\n     <li><span>Assist with cross-training and support other decoration lines when needed.</span></li>\n     <li><span>Actively participate in problem-solving and process-improvement discussions.</span></li>\n    </ul>\n    <p style=\"margin-left:0cm\">&nbsp;</p></td>\n  </tr>\n  <tr>\n   <td>\n    <p><span><strong>What we need from you:</strong></span></p>\n    <ul>\n     <li><span>High School Diploma or equivalent.&nbsp;</span></li>\n     <li><span>Ability to read, write, and speak in English.</span></li>\n     <li><span>Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or similar hands-on environment is desirable.</span></li>\n     <li><span>Ability to work cross-functionally, take direction from others, and a willingness to learn new processes as required.</span></li>\n     <li><span>Must be able to meet minimum lifting weight requirements of 30 lbs.</span></li>\n     <li><span>Ability to stand for extended periods as required in a production environment.</span></li>\n     <li><span>Comfortable using computer equipment and systems relevant to the role. &nbsp;</span></li>\n     <li><span>&nbsp; &nbsp; Familiarity with or willingness to learn and apply 5S workplace organization principles. 5S refers to a workplace organization method focused on Sort, set in order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain, aimed at improving efficiency and safety</span></li>\n    </ul>\n    <p>&nbsp;</p>\n    <p><span><strong>Work Environment:</strong>&nbsp;This job works in a manufacturing environment, using various manufacturing equipment.&nbsp;</span></p>\n    <p><span>&nbsp;</span></p>\n    <p><span><strong>Physical Demands</strong>: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job.</span></p>\n    <p><span>&nbsp;</span></p>\n    <p><span>While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to stand for the entire shift, as well as the ability to bend, twist, push, pull, grasp, The employee is regularly required to speak or hear.
