Description

This role combines customer service, counter sales, cashier responsibilities, and customer outreach in a dynamic retail and yard environment. What You’ll Do Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service Process customer purchases accurately using POS systems Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions Answer customer questions and assist with product selection Process returns and exchanges Maintain accurate cash drawer balances Build strong relationships with existing customers Conduct outreach to current and potential customers Assist customers in the yard and warehouse areas as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Utilize NetSuite and other computer systems for sales support Follow company safety, security, and cash handling procedures Support team operations and perform additional duties as assigned What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of cashier, retail, customer service, or counter sales experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude Basic math and computer skills Familiarity with POS systems and inventory procedures Ability to learn product knowledge quickly Spanish bilingual skills strongly preferred Forklift or equipment experience is a plus Must be 18 years or older Physical & Work Environment Frequent standing, walking, talking, and interacting with customers Some desk/computer work required Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, including store, yard, and warehouse environments Schedule Full-time position Standard 40-hour workweek Saturday availability and occasional overtime may be required based on business needs Seasonal schedule fluctuations may occur depending on workload and business demands Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay Range: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour , depending on experience, qualifications, and skills.
