Compensation is $400,000 annually, based on experience and credentials.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Mix of OR, inpatient, outpatient, and clinic</li>\n <li>Mix of Reconstructive & Cosmetic Surgery</li>\n <li>Perform a broad range of plastic and reconstructive procedures</li>\n <li>Post-bariatric body contouring</li>\n <li>Aesthetic procedures (injectables, laser treatments, facial plastics optional based on candidate skillset)</li>\n <li>Skin excisions and reconstructive surgery as indicated</li>\n <li>Partner with bariatric team to support comprehensive pre- and post-surgical planning and patient care</li>\n <li>Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews and care-coordination workflows</li>\n <li>Conduct initial consultations, treatment planning, and post-operative care</li>\n <li>Educate patients on expectations, recovery, risks, and outcomes</li>\n <li>Contribute to the development and growth of our plastics subsidiary, including brand development, service line expansion, and marketing initiatives</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate clinical documentation, adhering to regulatory and quality standards</li>\n <li>Provide an exceptional patient experience rooted in safety, empathy, and aesthetic excellence</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><u>Education, Licensure or Certification:</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school</li>\n <li>Board-certified or board-eligible in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery</li>\n <li>Active or eligible medical license in the state </li>\n <li>Fellowship training in aesthetic or body-contouring (preferred but not required)</li>\n <li>Experience with massive weight-loss body contouring strongly preferred</li>\n <li>Strong commitment to patient care, safety, and outcome excellence</li>\n</ul>\n<p><u>Work Experience or Related Experience:</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>1–2 years of post-residency experience in plastic and/or reconstructive surgery preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><u>Specialized Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.</li>\n <li>A sound understanding of patient aftercare and wound management.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Attention to detail and impeccable bedside manner.</li>\n <li>The ability to be proactive and self-directed utilizing good time management, decision-making, and organization skills is required. Incumbents must be able to prioritize multiple tasks</li>\n <li>Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing a surgical service line</li>\n</ul>",
