Develops and maintains a network of contacts providing access to exclusive stories. Assists producers in establishing sources, finding and executing enterprise news investigations, building and maintaining a strong list of story ideas. Works directly with Assignments Editor on daily story gathering and creation. Conducts on site live shots for daily news broadcasts and breaking news coverage.
