You will be responsible for counselling these enquiries and selling our services, over the phone, email &amp; in person.</p>\r\n<p>Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: </p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Deliver high quality customer service/experience by understanding and meeting students’ needs</li>\r\n<li>Focus on growing the <span>Filipino and East Asia Subcontinent student market</span></li>\r\n<li>Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to student queries and guiding them on their study and visa needs.</li>\r\n<li>Achieve individual student placement target by applying effective sales conversion techniques</li>\r\n<li>Tracking and managing lead (enquiries) and student life cycle pipeline on company Customer Relationship Management platform</li>\r\n<li>Increase referrals from existing students and other student communities/events</li>\r\n<li>Engagement activities with education institution representatives</li>\r\n<li>Team skills and strong relationship-building skills.</li>\r\n<li>Other related tasks as required by the business</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #cc99ff; font-weight: bold;\">Skills and Attributes Required</span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p>This role is heavily customer and sales focused in the International Education sector. You will be required to have the following experience/skills: </p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Fluent in <span>Tagalog and English.</span></li>\r\n<li>A minimum of 1-2 years experience in the International Education Industry</li>\r\n<li>QEAC Certified candidates would be preferred</li>\r\n<li>Valid Australian visa with full time work rights<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">(An active 485 visa or Permanent Residents only)</span></li>\r\n<li>Be customer-centric and can work in a cross-cultural environment</li>\r\n<li>Understand the needs of international students</li>\r\n<li>Proven track record of strong sales achievement</li>\r\n<li>Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, interpersonal</li>\r\n<li>Demonstrated team player</li>\r\n<li>Experience in using Customer Relationship Management platforms</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #cc99ff; font-weight: bold;\">Other Information</span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Candidates who have prior education counselling experience will be highly regarded.</span> </p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Attractive salary packages based on experience + incentives and bonuses</span></p>",
