The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of upper janitorial management experience in a similar role overseeing an operations team, a wide range of facility types, sizes, and geographical areas.</p><p>A professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong leadership skills are necessary!</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Minimum Requirements &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>A proven track record of advancement and achievement.</li><li>High level of organization and level of detail.</li><li>Positive and self-motivated.</li><li>Strong work ethics.</li><li>Strong leadership abilities.</li><li>Excellent written/verbal communication skills.</li><li>Maintain strong proactive communication with all team members, customers and vendors.</li><li>Problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Mid-Level to advanced computer skills.</li><li>Excel proficiency is a must.</li><li>Valid Driver&#39;s License with no major infractions.</li><li>Ability to work well with employees and clients.</li><li>Ability to stay focused and handle multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.</li><li>Attention to detail is an absolute must to deliver the expected levels of service.</li><li>Must be a TEAM player across all departments of the company.</li><li>Time management skills.</li><li>Experience running multiple facilities.</li><li>Ability to pass a background check &amp; drug screen.</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) a PUS.
