Role Description This is a full-time role for a Front of House Manager at our Pembroke Pines, FL location. The Front of House Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, coordinating and training staff, and managing food and beverage services. Key responsibilities include supervising front-of-house staff, handling customer inquiries, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring a high-quality dining experience for all patrons. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Food & Beverage management Proficiency in Training and supervising staff Sales and Marketing experience Excellent leadership and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous restaurant management experience is a plus Relevant certifications in hospitality management are beneficial Why Kaluz?
