Description Key Objective of the Job: Act as a bridge between Operations and IT to ensure smooth implementation of systems, process changes, and enhancements in BFSI operations Gather and translate business requirements into clear documentation (BRDs, use cases, process flows) for IT development teams Support end-to-end project execution for operational improvements, ensuring timely delivery as per agreed timelines and SLAs Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) – prepare test cases, coordinate testing, track defects, and ensure closure Manage and implement change requests, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations Document current and future state processes and recommend improvements for efficiency, control, and automation Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, IT, Compliance, and Business teams to ensure aligned delivery Monitor project progress, risks, and issues; provide regular updates to stakeholders Leverage data analytics, reporting tools, automation, and AI/ML to enhance operational productivity and decision-making Identify automation opportunities and drive digital transformation initiatives across operations Major Deliverables: SLA Management – Timely project delivery as per agreed timelines and quality standards Quality Documentation – BRDs, process flows, use cases, test cases, and training materials UAT Excellence – Successful UAT completion with comprehensive test coverage and defect closure Process Improvement – Implementation of automation and efficiency enhancements Stakeholder Satisfaction – Strong alignment and communication across Operations, IT, and Business Change Management – Smooth implementation of changes with minimal business disruption Compliance Adherence – Ensure all projects meet regulatory and policy requirements Specialized Job Competencies: Strong understanding of BFSI operations, processes, and regulatory environment Proven experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and technical documentation Hands-on project coordination and change management skills with focus on operational excellence Proficiency in process mapping, improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma), and workflow optimization Experience with automation tools, RPA, and AI/ML applications Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business teams Problem-solving mindset with data-driven approach and analytical thinking Knowledge of databases, SQL, Excel (advanced), and reporting/BI tools Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Flexible, self-driven, and proactive with strong ownership mindset Educational Qualification: BE / B.Tech / MCA / MBA or equivalent Desired Experience: 3-4 years in BFSI / Operations IT / Business Analyst / Project Coordination roles Other Desired Attributes: • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities • Self-driven and proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities • Team player with collaborative mindset and ability to influence without authority • Attention to detail with focus on quality and accuracy
