The Massage Therapist is expected to uphold all company policies, procedures, and protocols while contributing to a collaborative and professional team environment.</p><p><br></p><p>To perform this role successfully, the individual must demonstrate strong technical skills, professionalism, and attention to detail. The requirements below represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform essential functions, with reasonable accommodations provided as needed.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities &amp; Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain a friendly, professional, and upbeat demeanor<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Follow all company procedures, policies, and protocols<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure personal appearance and behavior meet professional standards and dress code requirements<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Greet teammates and conduct consultations prior to each service<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Deliver high-quality massage services, including but not limited to Swedish and deep tissue<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with FX Well standards and Maryland State regulations<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Clean and reset treatment areas after each session and at the end of each day<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate effectively with teammates, management, and support staff<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrate strong knowledge of massage techniques and best practices<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain attention to detail in all aspects of service delivery<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Work collaboratively as part of a team<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to perform consecutive massage sessions as required</li></ul>",
