A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or at least five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.   "key_responsibilities": "<div><!--block--><strong>KEY DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBLITES:</strong> Other duties may be assigned.</div><div><!--block--><strong><br></strong>Maintain and make repairs a fleet of light duty delivery trucks (under 10,000gvw)</div><ul><li><!--block-->Reads job order and observes and listens to truck in operation to determine malfunction and to plan work procedures.</li><li><!--block-->Performs preventative maintenance inspections.</li><li><!--block-->Maintain a company implemented Preventive Maintenance Program for all branch company vehicles.</li><li><!--block-->Installs new ignition systems, aligns front wheels, changes or recharges batteries, and replaces transmissions and other parts.</li><li><!--block-->Examines protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices on trucks, and makes adjustments.</li><li><!--block-->Lubricates moving parts and drives repaired truck to verify conformance to specifications.</li><li><!--block-->Maintain parts inventory.</li><li><!--block-->Ensure all work orders are completed and entered for repair work completed.</li><li><!--block-->Work with Fleet Manager on any problems or issues with trucks, people, inventory, budget and any additional areas of concern that arise.</li><li><!--block-->Review and be responsible for budgets on all branch vehicles with Branch Manager.</li><li><!--block-->Coordinate with Route Sales People the repairs preformed and note any deficiency.</li><li><!--block-->Coordinate outside work with all subcontractors used.</li></ul><div><!--block-->To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
