    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Maintenance Technician</strong></p><p>We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Maintenance team in the industrial food industry. The technician is responsible for completing general and routine maintenance and minor repairs for several commercial buildings and equipment. &nbsp;Experience with forklifts is a plus. &nbsp;This position involves moving between different buildings either by walking or driving.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Perform and assist with various maintenance tasks including electrical, mechanical, building repairs, plumbing, equipment servicing, and general upkeep.</li><li>Gain experience with forklift operations (experience a plus, but not required).</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and uphold high standards of quality and attention to detail.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Comfortable using a variety of hand tools and equipment.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours as needed.</li><li>Capable of performing physical tasks and lifting up to 50 pounds.</li><li>Strong customer service orientation with a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.</li><li>Ability to remain calm under pressure.</li><li>Valid AZ driver&#39;s license with a clean driving record.</li></ul><p>This is a full-time, hourly position with opportunities for growth and development.
