For information, visit www.saintclares.com.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Responsible for providing direct care services including individual, family, and group counseling, support, and other activities; completes comprehensive assessment, development of treatment and discharge plan of care; maintains all clinical documentation; participation in and facilitation of all family and/or collateral meetings, interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, case conferences or other meetings as required to ensure continuity of care. Provides supervision to Clinicians, students/interns and other direct care staff as assigned. Completes all required utilization review tasks as assigned. For Outpatient and Residential services/programs transportation to client residence and/or transportation of clients may be required.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in counseling, psychology, social work, or other health-related field required.2. NJ licensure required: LPC, LSW, LCSW, PhD, PsyD, LMFT, LCADC* (*must also have LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW or LMFT for any non-substance use program).3. 3 years mental health experience with population to be served is preferred.4. Credentials/certification on hire or to be completed within 6 months of hire required.a. SIFI/ACS/CCS to provide intern supervision.5. Valid NJ Driver’s License for Outpatient and Residential Programs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Pay Transparency</h2>\n<p>Saint Clare's Health offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary.  A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $62,358.40 to $77,979.20 on an annualized basis.
