briefings, operational standards &amp; policies, and maintains a valid Texas CDL and DOT medical card</li><li>Maintains route sheets, completes pre-trip/post trip inspections and reports vehicle inspection records, and follows all federal and state DOT regulations daily</li><li>Maintains route quality safety and service standards</li><li>Maintains clean vehicle interior and exterior</li><li>Communicates vehicle mechanical problems immediately</li><li>Operates truck and equipment using prescribed techniques to eliminate Driver induced mechanical failures</li><li>Responsible for completing daily pre &amp; post trip inspections</li><li>Reports all safety and service incidents to the Supervisor immediately</li></ul><p><strong>Minimum Job Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>At least 3 years of satisfactory driving experience of Class A or B vehicles preferred</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to deal professionally with customers, dispatchers, mechanics, and other drivers</li><li>Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations</li><li>Excellent driving skills</li><li>Computer Skills: Basic use of Tablets and Applications</li><li>Pass drug screen and criminal background check</li><li>Successfully complete and pass a written and road test</li><li>Meet all Federal &amp;
