    "requisitionDescription": "\n    <link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <p>Spectrum is currently hiring a Field Support Technician That will support the Force Protection (FP) Products Section at our customer site at Lackland AFB, TX.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Serve as on-site technical advisor field-level technicians for Force Protection Systems</li><li>Perform work with minimal direction</li><li>Provide technical advice on trouble calls from IBDSS field users</li><li>Provide technical advice and guidance on system diagnostics, repair and functional&nbsp;check-out procedures to field units, program office personnel and other technicians</li><li>Coordinate with program office engineers to develop technical solutions for those field&nbsp;level discrepancies which are not addressed by the field level maintenance procedures</li><li>Provide input to configuration control documents as requested by system engineers or&nbsp;PMs</li><li>Recommend changes to engineering drawings and field/depot level technical orders</li><li>Validate/verify technical order procedures</li><li>Provide recommendations for component form/fit/function changes to systems</li><li>Perform bench-,level, maintenance/troubleshooting/repairs on Force Protection equipment&nbsp;(ranging from microcircuit and component level to system level)</li><li>Provide training and operational orientation to military/civilian technicians on Force&nbsp;Protection Systems</li><li>Provide life-cycle logistics advice to the customer based on technical knowledge and&nbsp;research, for spares and obsolescence decisions</li><li>Moderate travel to provide assistance or make depot-level repairs</li></ul><p><strong>REQUIRED/DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Active TS/SCI required</li><li>10 years of experience as a field support technician</li></ul><p><strong style=\"font-weight: 700; box-sizing: border-box; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: ProximaNova, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;\"><em style=\"box-sizing: border-box; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: ProximaNova, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\">Spectrum is proud of our diverse workforce and diligently committed to remaining an Equal Opportunity Employer.
