The Senior Traffic Engineer will play a key role in performing and overseeing technical designs, development of projects from conceptual to final design, oversee the preparation of contract plans and documents, mentor staff, manage traffic projects and perform business development, project pursuits, and client management. The key focus of this position will be on in-depth research, innovative design, and practical application of the latest traffic technologies. This includes expertise in adaptive signal systems, Peer to Peer (P2P) signal operation, Automated Traffic Signal Performance Measures (ATSPM), and the deployment of Vehicle to Infrastructure (V2I) solutions.
