If you've got the drive to join a fast paced working environment and hit our high standards - Apply Today!!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In addition to competitive pay, we offer our employees: <strong>Health, Dental, Vision, Life, 401K, Health &Wellness Program, community involvement and company paid vacation and holidays.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Drive a Tow Truck to designated pick up sites of repossessed vehicles is and transport vehicle back to dealership.</li>\n <li>Maintain truck and equipment in a safe and clean state.</li>\n <li>Provide instant updates online for every account.</li>\n <li>Maintain cars on the lot.</li>\n <li>Communicate with customers that have had their cars repossesed to retrieve their vehicles an/or property.</li>\n <li>Inspect, protect and maintain company assets, merchandise and vehicles.</li>\n <li>Follow all company policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, coworkers and vendors.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties, as required, when not engaged in towing.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>2+ years  tow truck driving experience required.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of repossession process a plus but willing to train.</li>\n <li>A Valid California Driver's License and clean driving record.</li>\n <li>Must have computer technical skills.</li>\n <li>AAA experience a PLUS!</li>\n <li>Must be customer service oriented.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work 12 hour day flexible schedule.</li>\n <li>Must be self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Must conduct oneself in a professional manner.</li>\n <li>Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.</li>\n <li>Bilingual a PLUS!</li>\n</ul>",
