Job Description Booking Specialist (Entry-Level, Non-Attorney Salesperson Role) Location: Remote Overview At The Law Firm of Moumita Rahman, PLLC, we are committed to responsibility in achieving the best outcomes for our clients. As a Booking Specialist, your focus will be on conducting initial screenings with potential clients to determine if they meet the basic qualifications for our legal services. If you thrive in a role where your ability to connect with people and identify opportunities to help directly changes lives, we want to hear from you. This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission, with significant earning potential and paid time off (PTO). This is a sales-focused position, you must be persuasive, consistent in your follow-up, and able to move potential clients forward confidently and ethically. You will be expected to meet specific weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals as part of your performance metrics. What You'll Do Handle inbound leads quickly and confidently — every lead has a short window and your job is to convert it into a booked evaluation appointment before it goes cold Run outbound follow-up on leads that didn't book on first contact — persistence and timing are everything in this role Qualify prospects through structured conversations to confirm they are a fit for our firm's services before booking Overcome objections with confidence — "I need to think about it" and "I'll call back" are not the end of the conversation Book case evaluation appointments and ensure the client is prepared, confirmed, and shows up Maintain accurate records in HubSpot after every interaction — your notes are your paper trail and your performance proof Hit daily and monthly booking targets — you will have clear numbers to hit and you will be expected to hit them Communicate in real time with your team through daily check-ins and structured reporting throughout the day What We're Looking For At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in professional services or consultative sales environments. Strong communication skills in English required; bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred. Proven track record of engaging with prospects and contributing to successful conversions or deal progression. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly with diverse clients. Comfortable discussing sensitive immigration matters with empathy and professionalism. Proficiency with CRM systems and ability to manage organized sales processes. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and drive to achieve goals. Why Join Us?
