In this role, you’ll be responsible for helping define how we hire, who we hire, and how our teams are built as we expand, working closely with cross-functional partners to support business objectives while upholding our standards for excellence, collaboration, and impact.   What You’ll Do Own full-cycle recruiting for senior and highly specialized technical roles, including software engineering, infrastructure, systems, hardware, AI/ML, and leadership positions Partner closely with engineering, product, and executive leadership to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and build scalable hiring plans aligned with company growth Proactively source and engage top technical talent through creative and data-driven strategies, including direct sourcing, referrals, events, and networking Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by running structured, transparent, and efficient interview processes from first contact through offer close Drive offer strategy and negotiations, partnering with leadership to close senior-level candidates in a competitive market   Who You Are Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of hiring senior and highly specialized technical talent in fast-growing or high-performance environments Deep experience recruiting for complex technical roles such as software engineering, infrastructure, systems, hardware, AI/ML, or other hard-to-fill specialties Strong sourcing expertise, including direct outreach, talent mapping, and building pipelines in competitive markets Excellent judgment in evaluating technical and non-technical candidates, with the ability to assess skills, potential, and cultural alignment Experience managing full-cycle recruiting, from role kickoff through offer negotiation and close, with consistent delivery in high-volume or high-urgency scenarios Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to improve process efficiency and hiring outcomes   What We Offer Stock Options 100% paid Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance for Employees Company Health Savings Account Contributions 100% paid Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance for Employees Life and Voluntary Supplemental Insurance Options Other Insurance Options, such as Pet & Legal Insurance Various Supplementary Health Benefits, such as discounted Virtual Healthcare Appointments and Serious Illness Support Flexible Spending Account 401(k) Employee Assistance Program Flexible PTO Paid Holidays Parental Leave Other In-Office Perks   Equal Employment Opportunity TensorWave is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
