    "description": "<h2>Job Overview</h2>\n<p>As a Production Associate, you’ll do a variety of tasks working in an environment where your safety is our top priority. An experienced training team will teach you how to safely use hand and power tools including saws, drills, and nail guns. We should point out that this is a physical role, you’ll be moving around throughout the day using equipment to make beautiful windows and doors, ensuring each product meets the quality standards of our premium products.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our air-conditioned facilities are just one way we support your wellness. We provide health insurance on day one of employment, paid time off and holidays, and your own company-funded well-being account that can be used in many ways to help you feel happy and healthy.</p>\n<p>You’ll be eligible for cross-training in this role because it’s important to us that we help you build a career and grow in areas that interest you.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Select the schedule that works best for you!</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Monday – Thursday shift options with mandatory overtime generally every other Friday:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>1st Shift:</strong> 5:30AM – 3:30PM <strong>Pay:</strong> $20 per hour</li>\n   <li><strong>2nd Shift:</strong> 3:30PM – 1:30AM <strong>Pay:</strong> $22 per hour ($20 + $2 differential rate)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Friday - Sunday Weekend shift option, enjoy 4 days off each week!</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>6:00AM - 6:00PM <strong>Pay:</strong> $24 per hour ($20 + $4 differential rate)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Highlights of your role</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, this could include drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw</li>\n <li>Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out essential job functions and work with your team</li>\n <li>Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines</li>\n <li>Cross-train in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lift, carry, push, and pull a variety of objects weighing 10 lbs. to 70 lbs.</li>\n <li>Grip 65 lbs.</li>\n <li>Bend, twist, stoop, and climb</li>\n <li>Stand and walk on concrete</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Also want to make sure you have</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail</li>\n <li>The desire to work in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>General experience with computers</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin</h2>\n<p>From people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
