This role provides hands-on exposure to international cash management, foreign exchange risk management, liquidity planning, treasury reporting, and financial operations within a fast-paced global business environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to develop expertise in treasury and international finance while collaborating with cross-functional teams around the world.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position offers significant growth opportunities within treasury, finance, and global operations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Treasury Operations &amp; Cash Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute daily global cash management activities, including cash positioning, electronic payments, and bank reconciliations.</li>\n<li>Support global liquidity planning to ensure adequate funding for operational needs across multiple regions.</li>\n<li>Assist with day-to-day management of corporate credit facilities and debt activity.</li>\n<li>Prepare treasury-related journal entries and supporting documentation.</li>\n<li>Partner with accounting teams to resolve bank activity and cash-related inquiries.</li>\n<li>Maintain treasury documentation and support compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.</li>\n<li>Respond to internal and external treasury-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Foreign Exchange &amp; Risk Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute foreign exchange hedging transactions, settlements, and position monitoring activities.</li>\n<li>Assist in managing the company’s foreign exchange risk exposure across international markets.</li>\n<li>Prepare FX exposure reporting and support related accounting activities.</li>\n<li>Evaluate hedging alternatives and treasury products to support risk management strategies.</li>\n<li>Monitor global currency markets and macroeconomic developments impacting foreign exchange exposure.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reporting &amp; Analysis</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual treasury and finance reports for management.</li>\n<li>Support treasury forecasting, cash flow analysis, and financial reporting initiatives.</li>\n<li>Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects for finance leadership.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Process Improvement &amp; Treasury Technology</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support implementation and enhancement of treasury technology solutions and automation initiatives.</li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and streamline treasury processes.</li>\n<li>Support initiatives related to data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled finance process improvements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.</li>\n<li>University level accounting coursework preferred.</li>\n<li>0–2 years of experience in treasury, accounting, finance, banking, or related fields preferred.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n<li>Highly detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n<li>Strong sense of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.</li>\n<li>Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.</li>\n<li>Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Business Central is a plus.</li>\n<li>Exposure to treasury management systems, financial reporting tools, or automation platforms is a plus.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of foreign currency transactions, translations, or hedging concepts is preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Language Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates must be fluent in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.</li>\n</ul>",
