SDI continues to push to be the industry leader and gold standard for corporate governance.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Long Products Division, Marshall Steel, located in Memphis, TN has an immediate opening for a production worker.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n <li>Overtime is sometimes required and is made available depending on the demands of production.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Possess a high school diploma.</li>\n <li>Must be drug-free.</li>\n <li>Physical labor, including heavy lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 60 lbs. frequently. </li>\n <li>Standing, walking, and balancing constantly for 8-12 hours per day.</li>\n <li>Crouching and bending frequently for 8-12 hours per day.</li>\n <li>Reaching and working at or above shoulder level, frequently tying wire for 8-12 hours per day.</li>\n <li>Operation of forklift, powered and non-powered hand tools (grinder, hammer, and chisel).</li>\n <li>Exposure to the weather elements for 8-12 hours per day, including temperature extremes in winter and summer.</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain personal safety in a busy industrial environment.</li>\n <li>Use of personal protective equipment (“PPE”) per assigned job task including steel-toed boots with internal or external metatarsal protection, safety glasses, hard hat, cut resistant sleeves/gloves, long pants/sleeves, and cloth face masks whenever a worker is within 6’ of another person on the job site.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Steel Dynamics, Inc., and all affiliated entities are equal opportunity employers. </strong></em></p>",
