You will be accountable for driving a culture of safety excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, mitigating operational risk, and embedding safety into the company, specifically focusing on frontline execution.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead a team responsible for safety performance across all business units</li>\n <li>Responsible for developing and executing global safety strategy in collaboration with business leaders</li>\n <li>Establish governance, policies, and standards to be used to drive safe behaviors and a culture of safety</li>\n <li>Ensure all equipment, facilities and initiatives have safety as a design element</li>\n <li>Ensure OSHA and global compliance</li>\n <li>Lead audits and investigations</li>\n <li>Drive culture of accountability and engagement with business leaders</li>\n <li>Establish KPIs and reporting for senior leaders</li>\n <li>Maintain safety compliance reporting across 50+ countries</li>\n <li>Deploy enterprise safety technology</li>\n <li>Partner with HR, Legal and Risk Management</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelors Degree - Safety, Environment Health &amp; Safety &nbsp; or Engineering or related field required</li>\n <li>Masters Degree - Safety, Environment Health &amp; Safety or MBA preferred</li>\n <li>Licenses/Certificates/Designations: CSP, ASP, CHMM preferred</li>\n <li>15 years working in a safety leadership role</li>\n <li>8 years leading a multi-site and / or global organization&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience presenting to the Executive Leadership and Board of Directors&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Demonstrated expertise in OSHA and global safety regulations&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience standing up a global health and safety program in a distribution industry preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to travel 25% - 50%<br><br>\n  &nbsp;</li>\n</ul>",
