We love creative problem solvers, leaders, and innovators. We value our field and give you the autonomy to run the project. Here are a few items you will be responsible for:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, progress, quality control, and a clean site.</li>\n <li>Develop a comprehensive understanding of project strategy and commitments, including financial goals, scheduling, logistics, phasing, milestones, and inspections.</li>\n <li>Maintain an updated and accurate project schedule that reflects the changes in project status and that meets the cost and time requirements of the project.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate and maintain effective and open dialogue with the project team regarding changes in work, job conditions, subcontractor relations, and any deviation in the direction of the project.</li>\n <li>Always promotes positive relationships by dealing expertly and fairly with all subcontractors and vendors while instilling this philosophy in the project team.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>3-5+ years’ experience as a Project Superintendent with a reputable General Contractor.</li>\n <li>Experience in managing, training, and developing people.</li>\n <li>Project Size Experience: 10M to 50M </li>\n <li>Desired Project Segment Experience: Life Science, Defense Light, Commercial, MSBA, Massport, MBTA, and Healthcare.</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills and a desire to grow with a growing organization</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>EEO Information</h2>\n<p><strong>Boston Base Salary Range</strong>: <strong>$105,000 – $180,000 </strong>Shawmut prohibits discrimination against any staff member or applicant on the basis of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, age, religion, national origin, marital status, veteran status, pregnancy, physical or mental disability, genetic information, disability, creed, citizenship status, or any other legally protected characteristic.</p>",
