line-height: 1; text-indent: -18px;'>Conduct thorough and timely\ncertification and recertification &ndash; including background checks, home safety\nassessments and continuous trainings.</span></li><li><span style='font-family: \"Franklin Gothic Book\", sans-serif; line-height: 1; text-indent: -18px;'>Ensure that foster and adoptive parents\nattend to the physical and emotional well-being of the children placed in their\nhomes and that children are placed appropriately in safe, nurturing foster\nhomes based on their development needs.</span></li><li><span style='font-family: \"Franklin Gothic Book\", sans-serif; line-height: 1; text-indent: -18px;'>Partner with the Family Foster Care\n&amp; Adoption Program&rsquo;s Case Management team</span></li><li><span style='font-family: \"Franklin Gothic Book\", sans-serif; line-height: 1; text-indent: -18px;'>Coordinating foster parent training, identify\nand schedule training specific to the needs of children in foster care,\nincluding child development, adolescent behavior, behavior management,\nnavigation of DOE and OMH programs, parenting children/youth with\nmental/behavioral health disorders, etc.</span></li><li><span style='font-family: \"Franklin Gothic Book\", sans-serif; line-height: 1; text-indent: -18px;'>Deliver MAPP, Deciding Together, and\nindividual Foster Parent training as needed; track trainings with the\nassistance of case aide</span></li><li><span style='font-family: \"Franklin Gothic Book\", sans-serif; line-height: 1; text-indent: -18px;'>Oversee acceptance of children for\nplacement in Graham&rsquo;s Foster Care Program and identify new homes for children\nin need of replacement.</span></li><li><span style='font-family: \"Franklin Gothic Book\", sans-serif; line-height: 1; text-indent: -18px;'>Support the RDS Director in ensuring\nthat an Intake staff is available to answer OPA phone calls 24/7</span></li><li><span style='font-family: \"Franklin Gothic Book\", sans-serif; line-height: 1; text-indent: -18px;'>Ensures that Intake staff make consistent\ndecisions regarding acceptance of children, are honest and respectful in\ncommunication with foster parents</span></li><li><span style='font-family: \"Franklin Gothic Book\", sans-serif; text-indent: -18px;'>5 + years&rsquo; experience in Homefinding; 3\nYears&rsquo; of Supervisory/Management experience</span></li><li><span style='font-family: \"Franklin Gothic Book\", sans-serif; text-indent: -18px; line-height: 1;'>MAPP Leader Certified; Knowledge of Model\nApproach to Partnerships in Parenting (MAPP) and Mini-MAPP curricula.</span></li><li><span style='font-family: \"Franklin Gothic Book\", sans-serif;
