    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\">Established in 1926, Family Service League is a social services agency transforming lives and communities through mental health, addiction, housing, and essential human services with more than 60 social service programs in over 20 locations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>SCHEDULE&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Flexible schedule</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>SUMMARY</strong></p><p>Family Service League is seeking a<strong>&nbsp;Fee For Service</strong> Clinical Therapist for our Mental Health Clinic in Central Islip.<strong>&nbsp;</strong>The Clinical Therapist will provide evaluations, treatment planning, psychotherapy and crisis intervention to children, families and adults with a full range of DSM diagnoses in a clinic setting, including co-occurring disorders. Services are delivered in a trauma informed, culturally and linguistically competent manner.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>The Clinical Therapist will provide evaluation/assessment, treatment planning, psychotherapy and crisis intervention to those with behavioral health needs.</li><li>Provide individual and family therapy to children ages 5 and up, adolescents and adults with a full range of DSM diagnoses.</li><li>Provide services that are delivered in a trauma informed, culturally and linguistically competent manner.</li><li>The Clinical Therapist will provide crisis intervention during scheduled work hours as is needed.</li><li>Complete all clinical documentation in accordance with OMH standards in the electronic medical record.</li><li>Collaborate with family and other collateral contacts including care coordination providers.</li><li>The Clinical Therapist will participate in routing supervision and team meetings.</li><li>Attend agency mandated trainings.</li><li>Provide telehealth when needed.</li><li>Attend routine supervision and team meetings.</li><li>Identify and recommend additional referrals as needed.</li><li>Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, required</li><li>All other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong><u><br></u></strong><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><p>Master&rsquo;s Degree in social work required.&nbsp;</p><p>LMSW, LCSW, or Limited Permit required.</p><p>At minimum of 1 year of related experience in a behavioral health setting required; clinic experience preferred. &nbsp;</p><p>Prior experience diagnosing using the DSM V and experience with behavioral/therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, and adults preferred.&nbsp;</p><p>Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records, are required.</p><p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.</p><p>Ability to work both independently, as well as on a team is required.</p><p>Strong judgement and problem solving skills and understanding of boundaries are required.</p><p>Bilingual in Spanish preferred.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS&nbsp;</strong></p><p>This position requires sitting at a desk for long periods of time.</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
