    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary</span></span></p>\n<p>The Training Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all training and professional development programs at Excel Prep. This role ensures staff receive the highest quality onboarding, clinical, and operational training aligned with industry best practices and organizational standards. The Training Director will leverage their expertise as a BCBA or SLP to create evidence-based curricula, mentor staff, and support excellence in service delivery for children and families.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Program Development &amp; Oversight</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, implement, and continuously update training programs for clinicians, educators, and support staff.</li>\n<li>Develop competency-based curricula covering clinical, compliance, safety, and cultural responsiveness standards.</li>\n<li>Establish systems to measure training effectiveness and track outcomes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Staff Development &amp; Supervision</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities to team members.</li>\n<li>Support continuing education, CEU opportunities, and licensure requirements.</li>\n<li>Foster a learning culture that prioritizes collaboration, inclusion, and evidence-based practices.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compliance &amp; Quality Assurance</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure training aligns with state, federal, and accrediting body requirements.</li>\n<li>Monitor staff performance post-training and identify gaps requiring additional support.</li>\n<li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, therapy innovations, and regulatory changes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Leadership &amp; Collaboration</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with Directors, Clinical Supervisors, and HR to streamline onboarding and ongoing training processes.</li>\n<li>Lead quarterly workshops, professional development days, and skill refreshers.</li>\n<li>Serve as a role model for ethical practice, clinical integrity, and organizational values.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech-Language Pathology, Education, or related field.</li>\n<li>Active BCBA certification <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">or</span> current state license as an SLP.</li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of clinical or educational experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership, training, or supervisory role.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of ABA, speech-language interventions, or cross-disciplinary therapeutic approaches.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging trainings (in-person and virtual).</li>\n<li>Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Skills</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in special education settings or multidisciplinary clinics.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and data tracking systems.</li>\n<li>Ability to adapt training for diverse learning styles and professional backgrounds.</li>\n<li>Commitment to fostering an inclusive, strengths-based environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation &amp; Benefits</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary commensurate with experience.</li>\n<li>Health, dental, and vision insurance.</li>\n<li>Paid time off and holidays.</li>\n<li>Professional development and CEU reimbursement.</li>\n<li>Opportunities for advancement within a growing organization.</li>\n</ul>",
