In July 2024, GMIN has acquired the Oko West project. The Oko West Project is a new gold discovery in northwest Guyana. It is located south of the historical “Oko” gold district, some 95 km west of Georgetown.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">To ensure the achievement of this large-scale project, G Mining Ventures is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Draftsman.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Prepare, revise, and update detailed construction drawings, including civil, structural, architectural, and mechanical layouts related to mining infrastructure.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Interpret engineering designs, sketches, and specifications to produce accurate CAD drawings.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Develop site layouts, foundation plans, steel detailing, earthworks drawings, drainage layouts, and building plans.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Incorporate design changes and field modifications into drawings as construction progresses.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure drawings comply with project standards, mining regulations, health &amp; safety requirements, and environmental guidelines.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate with Engineers, Surveyors, Project Managers, and Contractors to clarify design requirements and resolve discrepancies.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and approvals.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications/Skills and Experience</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Diploma or Certificate in Drafting, Civil Engineering Technology, Architectural Drafting, or a related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience working on construction-phase projects is an asset.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Minimum of 2–5 years’ experience as a Draftsman, preferably in mining, construction, or heavy industrial projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); experience with Civil 3D, Revit, or similar software is an asset.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong understanding of construction drawings, symbols, and specifications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Basic knowledge of civil, structural, and building construction methods.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ability to read and interpret engineering and survey data.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Competence in Microsoft Office applications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">High level of accuracy and attention to detail.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
