The selected candidate will be working in a fast growing and innovative environment and should have a passion for excellent customer service and well-developed commercial skills.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>The selected candidate should be willing to relocate to the specified job location.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties and responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Acquiring new customers by helping them complete the onboarding process</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Supporting the Bank’s marketing strategy throughout various campaigns, focusing on x-selling and up-selling of saving and wealth products </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Retaining customers who are considering closing their relationship- </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Providing backup for Inbound Customer Service Team, by answering incoming calls and responding to customer e-mails when necessary</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Other duties as may be determined by Manager or Team Leader</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Meeting KPIs related to service level, lead generation, appointment booking and sales</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Generating sales leads and booking appointments for Investment Network</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Providing customers with information about the Bank’s products and services</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required knowledge, skills and experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in a customer service role</li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both the Maltese and English languages</li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of banking and financial products will be considered an asset</li>\n<li>MQF Level 4 Standard of education or higher will be considered an asset</li>\n</ul>",
