Ninth Street Greeley, Colorado 80634</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are currently seeking a <strong>Clinical Intern</strong> to join our Greeley team. This paid internship is ideal for graduate students seeking hands-on clinical experience in a supportive setting. Interns will gain exposure to a wide range of clinical practices while working under the supervision of a licensed mental health professional.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions under supervision.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support treatment planning and progress.</li>\n <li>Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and clinical trainings.</li>\n <li>Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with agency and ethical guidelines.</li>\n <li>Engage in weekly supervision to develop clinical skills and professional identity.</li>\n <li>Apply trauma-informed care and evidence-based interventions with adolescent and young adult clients.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Actively in master's program with a focus in behavioral sciences (Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field)</li>\n <li>Must be at least 21 years of age</li>\n <li>Solid computer and internet application skills</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills</li>\n <li>Excellent attention to detail and time management</li>\n <li>Experience in residential treatment or behavioral health is a plus</li>\n <li>Ability to pass a background check and meet health requirements</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance – Multiple plan options including PPO and HDHPs with HSA eligibility and company contributions.</li>\n <li>Paid Parental Leave – Up to 6 weeks fully paid for exempt employees and 4 weeks for non-exempt.</li>\n <li>Life & Disability Coverage – Company-paid life, AD&D, and long-term disability; voluntary life and optional short-term disability available.</li>\n <li>401(k) with Company Match – Retirement savings with matching contributions after eligibility period.</li>\n <li>PTO & Holidays – Competitive PTO accrual plans and paid holidays throughout the year.</li>\n <li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – Free, confidential support for life’s challenges.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>There is no predetermined closing date for this job opportunity.
