Apply today and be a part of a team that values teamwork, innovation, diversity, and excellence.&nbsp;</p><p data-pasted=\"true\">The full-time <strong>Operations Agent&nbsp;</strong>will work from our Magusa Global Cargo, Doral, FL office and assist the Operations team with arranging domestic and international transportation by air and ocean for a variety of live performance touring projects. You will be instrumental in the success of our clients&rsquo; events. The <strong>Operations Agent</strong> will strategically identify &amp; book the best routes for each project, prepare and review necessary documentation for the shipments, manage key deadlines to keep projects on track, and cultivate lasting client and vendor relationships. In this role, you will work side-by-side with seasoned operations leaders, deepen your expertise across all types of shipments (air, trucking, and ocean) and projects, and build a strong foundation from which to grow your career in the industry.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Location:&nbsp;</strong>Doral, FL</p><p><strong>Work Schedule</strong>: This is an on-site role with a schedule that may fluctuate based on workload during weekdays, with evening and/or weekend work as needed.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Execute international air, ocean, and domestic shipments, including time-critical and project-based moves.</li><li>Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment flow</li><li>Create and maintain accurate operational files in accordance with company standards</li><li>Ensure data accuracy for costing, billing, and operational reporting</li><li>Update systems with real time shipment information</li><li>Adhere to Rock- It Cargo Quality standards and best practices</li><li>Respond to customer inquiries related to shipment status and documentation</li><li>Maintain a service-oriented, solutions-focused mindset.</li><li>Identify gaps or inefficiencies and share improvement ideas with leadership</li><li>Participate in training ad system enhancements as introduced.</li><li>Other duties related to client projects, as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>3 + years of Freight Forwarder experience; experience with live event import/export operations is a plus</li><li>Associate or bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent industry or military experience</li><li>Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, is preferred&nbsp;</li><li>Basic freight forwarder knowledge; confidence with domestic and international air ocean, freight and trucking</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li><li>An excellent strategic mind &ndash; the ideal candidate will be able to expertly prioritize competing responsibilities, meticulously organize multiple complex projects, apply a sharp attention to detail to all work, and handle time-sensitive issues while remaining cool under pressure</li><li>Excellent customer service &amp; vendor relationship management skills</li><li>Comfort with basic Excel functions, and a general ability to learn new software programs quickly</li><li>Ability to pass a security background check</li></ul><p><strong>Key Competencies</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Execution &amp; Follow Through</li><li>Customer Focus</li><li>Attention to Detail</li><li>Time Management &amp; Prioritization</li><li>Team Collaboration</li><li>Problem Solving<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li></ul><p>Don&#39;t meet every single requirement?
